On the day of Luna’s baptism, Mike and Lauren get things ready for the celebration. Lauren feels this will be her last baptism, despite Mike wanting more kids. The ceremony is flawless and now it’s time to celebrate with friends and family. It’s held at Gabriella’s Steakhouse. Angelina is on her way and does her best to not be late. Nicole, Deena, and Chris B arrive. James the Barber is also invited so he can give Mike a haircut. According to James, Ang and Vinny 2.0 may possibly still be together. In Vegas, Pauly and Nikki make dinner as they discuss his work schedule. Pauly wants to have a double date with the Sorrentinos and invite the other roommates later. Nikki tells him about the food in her home country, Jamaica. He knows she misses it. Angelina finally arrives to the baptism. Nicole leaves early due to her kids. Ang and Vinny are left alone momentarily. The two discuss their love lives, such as Vinny’s supposed checklist. He lists off the list such as physical attraction and how creaky they are. Angelina recalls their hookup and says Vinny just lays there and isn’t freaky at all. Pauly secretly calls his stage manager to plan a special suprise for Nikki. Luna’s baptism rages on and James the Barber talks to Vinny. Angelina doesn’t appreciate him getting involved with her relationship and supposedly stirring things up. Ang and Lauren have a talk and the former thanks her and Mike for being there for her, and she apologizes for past drama. Angelina appreciates being included and says she wants to keep at her therapy.
Pauly and Nikki arrive in AC. Deena and Nicole are the only ones who can’t make it because they are meeting with old friends. Ron also can’t make it. It’s Halloween themed as well. Pauly and Nikki meet up with the Sorrentinos. Mike really wants another kid, but Lauren is adamant there will be not because her body can’t take it. Nikki and Lauren go shopping, while Mike and Pauly go to a cologne store. Mike is still on about that fourth baby as they test out colognes. The four of them meet for dinner. The ladies go to the bathroom, so Pauly lets Mike in on a little secret, hoping he’ll keep it this time. However, before Pauly can spill, the girls come back. Mike thinks Pauly is going to propose to Nikki.
Mike whispers to Lauren that Pauly has a surprise for Nikki, depsite promising he wouldn’t say a word. But Mike being Mike, he can’t keep his mouth shut. Sammi and Vinny head to AC together. Justin can’t make it due to working a double shift. Sam gives Vinny an update on her IVF journey. Jenni and Zack arrive. JWOWW is excited because it’s Halloween themed, so she’s going all out. Deena and Nicole are getting dinner to meet with Chris & Matty. Deena met them back in 2010. Chris and Matty have their wedding coming up and brought gifts for the Meatballs. They ask Nicole to officiate the wedding and Deena to be a groomsmaid. Nicole has officiated one wedding for her gay friends. In AC, the roommates meet up with each other for dinner. Jenni calls Ang to see where she is. Angelina is 20 minutes away and has Peanut with her. Pauly announces his suprise.
Pauly gives his gratitude to Nikki and wants to see where she’s from. He announces a trip to Jamaica. Pauly then announces that everyone is going and it’s the next family vacation. This will be their first international vacation since Italy all the way back in Season 4. Nikki left Jamaica at 22. Vinny isn’t going to the show because he’s training for a marathon tomorrow. Angelina finally makes it, ten hours late. She’s late because Peanut isn’t feeling well. She got news that Peanut needs to be kept an eye on a day prior. The roommates get dressed up. Jenni is dressed a Delores from Beetlejuice. Mike is dressed as him in the hospital while in Italy. Angelina’s ex husband, Chris is in AC so she gives him a call. He picks up, but once he hears her voice, he hangs up immediately.
Ang is hurt that Chris won’t talk to her. Jenni comes up to Ang’s room. She tells her about calling Chris. Jenni asks if she’s with Vinny 2.0 and Ang says he said some not so nice things to her and they’re not “really” together. Moving on to Chris, Jenni empathizes with her but is worried about her potentially spiraling. Angelina is dressed as Strawberry Shortcake. The roommates head to Pauly’s show and party on. Pauly announces the Jamaica trip for Angelina since she was late. Two days later, Angelina is struggling with Peanut’s health. She got bad news that Peanut has kidney failure. The vet suggested euthanizing her but also gave her the option to spend a few more days with her. Ang cries to her Instagram how she feels no one is there for her and Peanut is her only constant.
A couple days later, it is Chris and Matty’s wedding day. Nicole’s speech goes smoothly at first but she then messes up her words and curses. She had some wine beforehand and decides to restart. Angelina takes Peanut to a park to do a quick photoshoot before she has to say goodbye. Tony, Ang's music producer, takes the photos.
The wedding rages on and Nicole sees Ang’s story. She and Deena read it and know Angelina will not be okay. The Meatballs call her to check on her. Ang is in tears and the girls try to give her words of encouragement. She starts talking about how 2.0 isn’t there for her and Deena agrees in her confessional that she needs someone. At the end, a tribute for Peanut is there.
