Bethaney Goodloe is Candace's best friend, who dropped by the house to visit during Season 4.

Bethaney first appears in Candace's house.
Nilsa gives Bethaney a call after Candace has a fight with Gus. Since the girls are outnumbered, Nilsa asks her to come visit to even the number as well as cheering Candace up. Bethaney arrives at the house after Gus has to be quarantined due to running away. Candace mentions she is a great cook and Bethaney tries Aimee's taco soup. The roommates love her and her vibe, making the house more relaxed now that Gus isn't there.
She also gives them a lesson on racism and the importance of standing up for black people, especially now because of the George Floyd protests that was going on.
She visits the house again while in Georgia, meeting Gus this time around.
