Pauly is about to go out on tour again after being off due to the pandemic. He wonders if Nikki should come since it is a lot of travel. Ronnie is going to propose to Saffire. Angelina and Chris are still having marital issues, because Chris doesn't want to go to therapy. Deena and Chris B take paternity photos, Jenni and Zach start discussing wedding plans, and Nicole is officially back to the show.
Mike takes Ronnie to Saffire's parents' house to get their blessing. Pauly talks to Vinny about his relationship with Nikki and whether or not he wants to bring her on tour. He is worried she won't be comfortable with it. Ronnie gets Saffabear's folks' blessing, however the happiness stops when he gets arrested for domestic violence against Saffire. He is the forced to step away from the show for "mental health" issues. The roommates are shocked and disappointed because it's been a cycle with Ron as this isn't the first time he's been in trouble for DA.
Deena has her second baby, while Angelina reads over some legal paperwork in case she gets a divorce. She calls Jenni and asks for her help to understand the MSA better. Jenni tells Ang to come over so she can read it. She asks Angelina to list things what would make her stay with Chris L. To Jenni, her answers are mediocre at best. Angelina asks Jenni to accompany her to meet with her lawyer. Pauly takes Nikki to dinner in their own house to ask if she wants to come to tour. She agrees to come with.
Lauren has her baby not too long after Deena. However, there were complications with Romeo's health and has to be in the hospital for awhile. Jenni and Angelina go to the lawyer meeting. Jenni isn't sure why she's there because she isn't an expert just because she got a divorce. Angelina talks about an incident where she had a nervous breakdown and Chris L wasn't supportive. Tour is full steam ahead for Pauly while Deena is thrilled to be able to drink wine again after being pregnant for 9 months.
Jenni sets up a welcome home sign for the Situations as a surprise, while Nicole drops off some food. But because of Romeo's fever, he isn't able to come home and Lauren is going through some postpartum.
