Family Meeting is the 3rd episode of the eighth season and the 203rd episode overall of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

Full Summary[]
The roommates discuss how to approach the situation with Angelina. Mike has the idea to nominate two people to speak to her. Jenni suggests Nicole should do it because she's "a good person". Nicole states she already had this conversation while at the Snooki Shop opening. Then they suggest Vinny, however he thinks Ang will think he's flirting with her. Deena just doesn't have the mental capacity to do it and Sammi will fight with Angelina, which means that leaves Jenni as the only girl to nominate. Jenni suggests Ron join her. Mike doesn't mind doing it, but that will just end up with another blow up. The roommates agree Ronnie will go with Jenni since Angelina goes to him for advice. They decide to talk to her at Jenni's house and give her a call. Angelina agrees to meet with Ronnie and Jenni after she finishes shopping. Deena finally arrives to Mike's house and they fill her in. While Jenni and Ron head to the house, the rest of the roommates order Chinese food despite JUST eating. Nicole thinks Mike stress eats, but wonders where it all goes. Zack is home and JWoww and Ron let him know the plan. Jenni hopes Ang takes accountability because if not, she can’t come to the next vacation.
Lauren joins the roommates in the living room. Vin tells them he's been messaging a girl. He tells him about this dream the girl had that involved him three times. He says the date went well, but it’s still new. Mike calls Pauly and gives him the update about Vinny's love life. Nikki also joins the call. Mike also tells Pauly what’s going on with Angelina. Nicole is opening up her Nashville store and Deena is coming along. She also updates them about her birth mother and their conversation they had. She shows them the conversation and video her mom sent her. Nicole wants to know more about her birth mother and get to know her. Angelina arrives at Jenni's house. She's a bit anxious and wonders if something happen since Ron is in Jersey.
Jenni tells Angelina they're having a conversation this way so she doesn’t feel ganged up on. She tells her how they don’t understand how they’re fine one moment, but then the next she’s talking bad about them on her podcast. Ang tries to defend it by saying she’s been going through things, but Jenni tells her the whole group is. Ang says how she still doesn’t feel like she’s accepted in the group, but Jenni tells her that it is on her and that she sabotaged it. She goes on saying no one knows what to do at this point and the only two options they see Angelina going is either jail or death. Back at Mike’s house, they ask again about Mike’s “hypothetical” hair transplant surgery. At Jenni’s, Angelina thanks her and Nicole for being there for her in Miami, but Jenni then questions why she went on her podcast and put them down. Ang says it’s because that’s how she felt in the moment and them tries saying sorry for it, but Jenni states that isn’t good enough. Jenni empathizes the things Angelina is going through, but not when for when she’s on her podcast speaking bad about the cast. At Mike’s, Lauren and Sammi have a conversation about their fertility struggles.
Jenni tells Angelina she does not go to vacations to be with enemies and compares them to the Housewives. Ronnie tells her that she is doing everything he has done such as bottling every emotion in, then exploding on her podcast. He tells her she needs to own up to her actions and when she's going through something, to not isolate herself. Angelina questions why she needs to tell people what she’s going through. Jenni replies that if she wants to be apart of the family, she can’t talk shit about them and come on the vacations like nothing happened. Jenni says Angelina has a choice and they don’t want to get to a point where she is forced off the show like Ron and Mike were. Angelina insists she does take accountability, but Jenni says otherwise. She says she felt stuck in that moment and lashed out on her podcast. Jenni asks if they are going to move forward with Angelina and if she even wants to. Angelina wants to but doesn’t know how. Ron and Jenni tell Ang she should come to Mike’s house to talk to everyone, but Ang is panicking.
Ron and Jenni return to Mike’s with Angelina to have a full conversation. Ang says she takes accountability for what she said and apologizes. Jenni relays that no matter what anyone is going through, it gives no one the right to talk shit about everyone. Deena says when they go through these mountains of problems, such as the Speech, they got past it, but issues kept happening more frequently. Her thing is that she gets anxious and wonders when it’ll happen again and if Angelina will bring their issues outside of the show. Angelina feels bad her actions got Deena to this point. Vinny says with Mike and Ronnie, they took time to put in the work and recalls how Ron kept ending up on TMZ. He says if Angelina puts in the work, everyone can breathe around her. Ang says she doesn't realize she does it sometimes and apologizes again, acknowledging they’ve had this conversation before and she did it again. Mike says the group will be with her and if she doesn’t go in the right direction, all hope is lost. Angelina doesn’t want that, and neither do the other roommates. Sammi says they want to see her thrive. Angelina says she is talking to someone and suggest she see another therapist and wonders where to begin. Mike says they will find a place for her.
A week later, Mike calls Vinny. Pauly will be in New York and are going to train with Vinny for a marathon. Nicole and Deena head to Nashville to open up her fourth Snooki Shop. Nicole hopes it’ll go well as she’s been working on this for a year. Pauly and Mike meet up with Vinny to train as there’s no one else he’d like to run away from more than these two. Mike and Pauly take a ride instead of run with Vinny. Deena tells Nicole about her first PTA meeting. She’s pitched many ideas and helped plan events. Many people show up to the store opening and it goes well. Joey Camasta pays the Meatballs a visit and brought in Helen, Nicole’s mom. Deena quickly cleans up the store while Nicole cuts the ribbon.
Two weeks later, Pauly has a show in Connecticut and wants to invite the roommates. A couple days later, Ron meets with Mike. Mike brings up Sam mentioning Ron at the family meeting. Ron says he hopes there isn't that weirdness as time goes on.
