Joey Camasta is the boisterous and "extra" best friend of Nicole Polizzi, and her co-host on Cooking in the Crib with Snooki & Joey. He was a recurring cast member on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Snooki & JWoww[]
Season 1[]
Joey attended Snooki and JWoww's housewarming party. He flirted with Roger, kept the party entertained with a near-naked drunk spray tan, and drank for both him and Snooki.
When Jenni bought fake babies to help Snooki prepare for motherhood, the girls hit up a gay bar with their Joeys (and plastic dolls) for Gay Joey-palooza. From fruitless breastfeeding attempts to changing diapers, the boys would definitely make better babysitters when booze isn't involved.
Season 2[]
Joey attended Nicole's baby shower at a country club and hung out with Deena, Jenni, and Gay Joey. Their group got bored and decided to take a golf cart out to find Jionni and his friends, who golfed. They couldn't find Jionni but had fun anyway.
Cooking in the Crib with Snooki & Joey[]
Joey co-hosted a digital cooking show on MTV's YouTube channel as an extension of the Jersey Shore universe. Joey and Snooki chose each week’s recipe - but none of the skills required to actually make them. The show featured an array of guests who did the cooking and each episode featured Snooki and Joey trying to learn along with the audience. The series posted nine episodes and one special before it was cancelled by MTV.

Season 2[]
Because Nicole wasn't in a good place with Jenni, she decided to invite her best friend Joey to come down to Vegas. He always picked her up when she was down. Jenni wasn't happy with the idea because this was supposed to be a family vacation, not a third-wheel vacation.[1]
Angelina asked Nicole about her friend Joey, who would be there soon. Angelina looked forward to meeting Joey, who everyone else had met already. Joey walked into the room and hugged Nicole, who he called a hot mess. She was sad because Jenni was leaving and didn't tell her. Joey wanted to rage not cry. He went in search of alcohol. He greeted Angelina as "hamster". Everyone headed out to rage at Drai's. Pauly brought Vinny's cutout with him. In the girls cab, Nicole was still upset that Jenni didn't tell her she was leaving. Joey told her to liven up.
Joey and Nicole got drunk and acted fools in the club.
In confessionals, Mike struggled to deal with the drunk group as the only sober person there. Ronnie was annoyed with Joey, who made Angelina seem tame. He was a little too much and constantly in Ronnie's space.
Joey told Mike he had a crush on him forever and thought he might get aroused seeing him in the shower. Mike shut it down but sent him over to Pauly, instead. Pauly was already drunk as he decided not to tow the line that night. He started to dance with Angelina and they quickly became provocative. Nicole told Joey that Angelina was about to lose her fiancé and just cheated.
Once at the hotel, everyone staggered out of the cabs. Joey and Nicole watched the sun come up and asked about Jenni, but Nicole didn't care.
In confessionals, Joey and Nicole planned to spiral together. She was glad he came, especially since she was losing Jenni.
They went to the bar and he told her not to worry about Jenni. They had each other. Joey zoned out at the bar during their late-night-early-morning cocktail.
Joey and Nicole woke up in the same room, since Jenni had left early that morning. Joey tried on a pair of Jenni's boots that she left behind. Angelina found Ronnie's note and showed it to Nicole and Joey. The remaining roommates headed down to the pool. Pauly and Nicole convinced Joey to try the surfing simulator. He did great than wiped out and lost his pants.
Joey and the roommates prepared to go to Chippendales. Nicole was excited for Joey to go insane and knew Angelina would cheat on Chris. Nicole, Angelina, and Joey goofed off in confessionals then headed out to the club. Nicole, Joey, and Angelina watched Chippendales with glee. Angelina went on stage for one of the routines. Joey and Nicole screamed from the sidelines that she cheated. After the revue night, they headed to meet the boys at the high roller.
Nicole asked Pauly if he remembered dancing with Angelina last night and picking her up, but he didn't. He turned it into a joke and they all laughed and hung out. They toasted to Jersey Shore taking over Las Vegas.
It was the final day in Vegas, and Angelina woke up Pauly and then met-up with the remaining roommates. Joey popped a bottle of champagne while Nicole wished they could stay longer. The roommates hung out at the pool. Everyone went to do their own thing in the water. Angelina scoped out men for Joey and the new trio came back to the hut. They started making out and cuddling. Nicole brought up they were twins, something Mike and Pauly noted in confessionals.
Pauly and Mike helped the girls carry their bags and pack. They hugged goodbye and loaded Joey, Angelina, and Nicole into their cabs.[2]
Season 3[]
Joey attends Angelina's wedding and he goes out to try to talk to her after the girls give their speech. Angelina yelled at him to get out, which he did.[3]
Season 7[]
Angelina started getting flirty with Jason Tartick. Joey is good friends with his ex, Kaitlyn Bristowe, and according to Snooki, she's told him not good things about the relationship. Angelina didn't take kindly to the warning and started trash-talking Joey, even threatening to sue him, which angered Snooki.
