Katie Canham is one of the main eight cast members of Buckhead Shore. She is the younger sister of YouTuber, Emily Canham and ex girlfriend of fellow cast member, Parker Lipman.

Katie heads to Parker's lake house with the rest of the cast for the yearly summer trip. She is the on-again-off-again girlfriend of Parker. She recently wrecked his new relationship with Savannah after texting Sav that she had slept with Parker a week prior. Things between her and Parker are incredibly messy, and their drama reaches a boiling point when Chelsea insists that Savannah join them at the lake house. Parker confronts the drama in front of the roommates, leading to an explosive confrontation as the girls voice their frustrations with Parker's playboy antics.

Katie and Savannah weren't great friends before the start of the series, having only known each other socially. A week before the cast headed to the lake house, Parker cheated on Savannah with Katie. Katie, in an act of revenge against Parker for still seeing Savannah, sent a text to the couple that imploded their relationship. From there, the girls had animosity going into the house, but after a conversation at a wine house, they trauma bonded and opened up about their lives. Katie wanted to hate Savannah but couldn't because they had been through similar things.
