Jeremiah meets Kristen at Ferg's, which he takes a liking towards her. She lives about 45 minutes away from St. Pete. Jeremiah invites her to brunch with the roommates, which she agrees.[1]
Nilsa takes Kristen aside and asks what her type is. She says it's more of how the guy is, but some musts are that they are they have to be Christian and like to work out. Everyone likes her and she even helps Kortni with her spelling.[2]
She is last heard giving Jeremiah a call because she hasn't heard from him in a minute because his attention's been on Mattie Lynn Breaux. He calls her to break things off.[3]

Jeremiah and Kristen had a fling, having met at the bar during one of the casts' outings. He was determined to have a summer romance with her, however he didn't pay much attention to her whenever he invited her out. Eventually Jeremiah met Mattie and called Kristen to cut things off, although she didn't seem to mind.
Nilsa[]
Kristen seemed to be more interested in hanging out with Nilsa than Jeremiah. For a brief time, Nilsa wanted to make out with her.
Gus[]
Gus didn't actually have a thing for Kristen, but he wanted to prove to Jeremiah he could get any girl he likes just to spite him.
