Paula Pickard is Mike's ex-girlfriend.

Paula and Mike meet and they hook up in the hot tub. Her friend, Lauren comes to the house to retrieve her. She missed her first day at work and Lauren chews her out because nobody knew where she was.[1]

Paula continues her fling with Mike.
Season 6[]
After years of being a fling, Mike decides to make things official between them. However, Mike gets turned off with Paula's wild party ways and hatches a plan to break up with him.
For payback, Paula sent Mike a birthday cake, but secretly had a guy put his nutsack in the cake. Mike, Pauly and Deena all ate a piece.[3]
