Pizzeria O'Vesuvio Firenze is a pizza restaurant located in Firenze, Italy. The restaurant served as the roommates' job during their stay in Italy during the fourth season. It specializes in classic Neapolitan-style pizzas from a wood-fired oven.

Season 4[]
Marco, the son of the owner of the restaurant, calls the house and Vinny answers. He informs them they will be working for him during their stay and they must attend orientation.
For the most part, the cast enjoyed working there and formed good relationships with Marco and some of the other employees. As an Italian tradition, the cast left behind clothing to hang on a clothesline to remember them by.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
The restaurant opened shortly before the cast arrived in Italy. It is a family owned pizzeria. After the cast left, the restaurant created items named after the roommates such as the "DJ Pauly D Pizza" and the "JWoww Special". The clothes the cast left behind are still there today and there are now some photos of the cast during their stay in Italy and working on the pizzeria. On the window by the door, a permit can be seen stating that entering the premises allows the production to use whatever footage a customer may be in without compensation. Written on the window is "Jersey Shore cast worked here" along with more photos of the cast.

- The roommates created their own menu items of either pizzas or sandwiches. Notably, Snooki is the only castmate that didn't make a menu item. The items and their ingredients are listed below:
