SallyAnn Salsano is an American television producer. She is best known for creating reality TV series through her production company 495 Productions, including Jersey Shore. She has made guest appearances on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation when the cast required backstage intervention.

SallyAnn founded 495 Productions in 2007 and has since curated the diverse and commercially successful rosters of reality television programming. She created Jersey Shore in 2009 for MTV, and went on to create exclusive reality television series for the network. She also works with several other networks. SallyAnn produced and created the concepts for nearly every iteration of the American Jersey Shore franchise.
